📗The Zulu coconut is one of the most prized throws in Mardi Gras history, traditionally handed out by the Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club during their annual parade. Unlike beads or trinkets, Zulu coconuts are personal & often hand-painted, signed, and given directly to parade-goers as a symbol of honor and connection.

 This design pays homage to that legacy. Featuring the iconic coconut held in hand, it represents tradition, pride, and the deep cultural roots of New Orleans’ Black community.
